On behalf of the Finer Women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Lambda Zeta Chapter, welcome to our website. We are thrilled that you have taken the time to browse our website to learn more about our energetic and hard-working chapter. 

​

It is truly my honor and privilege to serve as the 39th Lambda Zeta Chapter President. We have a strong legacy of service and leadership in the Houston community and within the sorority. Chartered in 1934, our members have served the sorority at all levels with excellence. Lambda Zeta is recognized perennially throughout Houston, Texas, the “Mighty” Southern Region, and all of Zeta Phi Beta as a historic and distinguished chapter.

Lambda Zeta Chapter’s diverse and dynamic members are untiring in our efforts to promote positive changes in the educational and economic stations of families by providing relevant and quality service outreach within the community. We are especially proud of our 50-plus year old partnership with the March of Dimes, encouraging prenatal healthy behaviors through the Stork's Nest Education and incentive program, and through our annual support of March for Babies and Prematurity Awareness Month.

We are excited to celebrate our 90th anniversary during the 2023-2024 sorority year! During our 90th year of service, the members of Lambda Zeta will continue to cultivate and enhance our track record of excellence. The theme for this administration, “Level Up: Scaling New Heights of Service and Sisterhood,” reflects our commitment to impacting the community we in which we live, as well as fostering the continued development of our membership.
