Scholarship is one of the founding principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In alignment with this ideal, Lambda Zeta Chapter annually awards scholarships to high school seniors planning to attend a college or university, as well as to local collegiate members of Zeta who have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. Over the past eight years, Lambda Zeta Chapter has awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships to deserving students in the Greater Houston Area.

The application period for the 2025–2026 scholarship cycle closed on February 15, 2025. Applications for the 2026–2027 cycle will open in late 2025.
